At Innovation Education, our mission statement is to effectively and efficiently deliver the highest quality of service to Antelope Valley residents with commitment, respect, integrity, and pride.

We offer two types of employment: Homework Help (K-6) tutoring, and general (higher Math/English/Science) tutoring. Our tutors are required to:

• Correct the work of our students

• Keep a daily log of the student's work and progress

• Have the ability to correct the behavior of younger students

• Be punctual for all shifts

• Have good organizational skills

We offer flexible scheduling for all of our employees, as well as growth opportunity within the company.
